Trash Collection:
Outdoor Complexes: Residents set trash bags on doorsteps or use a provided trash bin.
Indoor Complexes: Residents use a leak-free trash bin. We also spray air freshener into the bin and around it every pickup day to eliminate scent issues.

Property Cleanliness: During each visit, we ensure breezeways and doorsteps are clean, the property is free of litter, and the dumpster areas are cleaned up and free of trash.
Photo Documentation: We document everything using our photo documentation system.
Daily Reporting: The documentation is sent to property management daily.
