1. Regular Visits: We visit your property up to 7 times per week.

2. Residents receive text reminders before each trash pickup, where they can also directly respond with any questions, needs, or inquiries.

3. Trash Collection:

   • Outdoor Complexes: Residents set trash bags on doorsteps or use a provided trash bin.

   • Indoor Complexes: Residents use a leak-free trash bin. We also spray air freshener into the bin and around it every pickup day to eliminate scent issues.

   • Our Trash Valet Specialists ensure trash is efficiently delivered from doorsteps to onsite dumpsters

4. Property Cleanliness: During each visit, we ensure breezeways and doorsteps are clean, the property is free of litter, and the dumpster areas are cleaned up and free of trash.

Often this occurs if residents missed the scheduled pickup window.

If your trash was not collected during a scheduled pickup, simply notify us through the resident portal, and we'll ensure it's addressed as soon as possible. You can also submit inquiries or service issues directly from the portal.
